Apprisen Launches New Integrated Case Management System


Columbus, Ohio - Continuing its history of providing innovative personal finance counseling, financial education, and money management solutions, Apprisen launched its new business system, Integrated Case Management (ICM). ICM manages all aspects of Apprisen’s client and case centric business model. Mike Kappas, Apprisen’s President and CEO states, “The new ICM system gives Apprisen the ability to provide dramatically improved and more efficient services to our clients, our communities, and business partners.“

The Integrated Case Management system is having an impact far beyond improvements to current processes. The data structure underpinning the ICM system has been instrumental in allowing Apprisen to create new web based services and mobile applications that will be introduced over the next few months. “Technology and the recent economic crises have changed the American consumer. The two have also changed the kinds of services the consumer needs from our industry.
