Columbus, Ohio - October 18, 2010 - Apprisen Financial Advocates, known as Consumer Financial Services Service in the communities where it has local offices, announced that effective Monday, October 18th, it has increased availability to consumers to 7 days a week, 24 hours a day through their 1-800-355- 2227 customer service number. This expansion of hours continues the focus on creating opportunities for consumers to access information and services whenever and however they choose.

"Late last year, we launched Webvisor, our free, online, interactive counseling program available 24/7 on our website. However, many consumers prefer to call us directly and as we are now licensed to provide services in 46 states, it is important to be able and respond to calls 24/7," says Michael S.
