Today You Can Learn to Manage Your Debt

Credit is an important tool for reaching financial goals. However, if life changes or personal choices have found you navigating through too much debt, you may want to explore debt repayment options with one of our counselors. One solution may be a Debt Management Program (DMP), which is designed to help you pay off your credit card, medical and other unsecured debt in a timely manner. The average DMP client is able to pay off all debts in full within 48 months.

When you sign up for a DMP, Apprisen/Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) will act on your behalf with your creditors, working with them to establish a reasonable and mutually acceptable repayment plan. We will ask creditors to bring your accounts current, lower high interest rates, and stop late or over limit fees. Once your DMP has started, you will be able to make convenient deposits to us, which we send to your creditors monthly.

We want you to be successful, and we'll be there to help you get on track by providing tools and support during your Debt Management Program. After you complete the program, we will work with you to create a new plan so you can stay on track with your finances.
